During the weeks after birth, choose between Hourly packages or my Ultimate 6 week package, where you'll receive my nurturing care in the cocoon of your home.

My support begins with a postpartum planning session (ideally around 28-34 weeks) ensuring your preferences and desires are acknowledged across all aspects of postpartum care. We walk through valuable postpartum education like healing, hormones and newborn care.

​

With 3-hourly home visits, unlimited text and phone support, and a tour of your home to ensure seamless assistance, my Postpartum Support offers peace of mind and nurturing care during this transformative time.

​Support can include:

• Parent care = emotional support, helping with strategies/problem solve on things you may be struggling with

• Loving on you! (in various ways)

• Birth debriefing

• Breastfeeding 

• Babywearing

• Cooking for you, in your home

• Housework (light housework such as wiping down surfaces and putting things away)

• Looking after baby/other kids while you rest & hopefully sleep

• Helping families (& your village) to be on the same page

• Spending some time in the bible together

• Boundary setting support & advice

And so much more...

The Ultimate

• Visit once a week for 6 weeks postpartum 

• Organisation of postpartum meal delivery for 6 weeks (2 meals per week + snacks)

• ​Professional massage in the comfort of your home in first or second week
